Azana cigar band. In excellent condition. Size 2.5 inches.

      Definition of Chinchal.
It was the name given to small cigar factories in small towns and cities, they had their own brand and used their own cigar bands. Their bands included their name, their brands, the type of cigar, and in all cases the name of the town in which they lived and had their factory. The smaller of these factories in many cases were operated from their own residences, mainly their small living rooms in which they work until late at night while listening to the radio. Some CHINCHALES prospered, their brands were recognized, and turned into larger enterprises that provided employment for the people of their towns.
As years passed, the word Chinchal was used to described any type of small business, even if they had no relation to cigar or the tobacco industry.
