    We all know how easy it is to make credit card purchases over the telephone. So what is there to stop "someone" from using your credit card without your permission to make a telephone purchase when you are not around?

    Nothing! Yet millions of people hand over their credit cards to strangers everyday. So why online shopping be different?

    Because in addition to being protected by the same recourse provided by Federal credit card laws, your credit card information is automatically and directly forwarded to your credit card company. There is no person (employee) in between, no different then when you "Pay at the Pump" at your local gasoline station. The attendant does not have access to your credit card number.

    Q. Why am I experiencing problems in placing an order?

    A. There could be one or more reasons why anyone would experience problems in placing an order at our website:

    • The web browser you are using is set to reject cookie(s), and/or
    • The computer you are using resides behind a firewall

    Cookie(s):

    Q. Why was I not issued a credit card confirmation number?

    A. When our system displays a text message instead of a confirmation number, it means either one of the following:

    • The service we use to connect to your credit card company is temporarily out of service
    • Your credit card company's computer system is temporarily out of service, or
    • There may be a problem with the credit card you provided

    In either event, your order was probably not fully processed. We will contact you within 48 hours of same or, you can use our online Contact-Us form option located at the top of of our website to make the necessary arrangements to process your order. Make sure to include any suggestions on how we can improve our site.

    Note: Please do not send us your credit card information via e-mail.


    Q. Why did I not receive a order confirmation via e-mail?

    A. To date, there has only been one reason why this problem would occur. The e-mail address provided was not properly entered.

    You may check or edit your e-mail address in addition to other information by clicking "Checkout" link at the bottom of this page or screen.

    Note: You will be asked for your Password and e-mail address.


    Q. Will my records be private?

    A. Absolutely! At CubaCollectibles.com, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process your order and to provide a better shopping experience.

    CubaCollectibles.com does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending a blank e-mail message to [email protected].

    Q. What information do we collect and how do we use it?

    A. We only ask for the minimum information necessary to process your order. Such as; your name as it appears on your credit card, billing address, mailing address, e-mail address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you concerning the status of same.

    We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to our Web site, and new or special offers we think you'll find interesting.


    Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?

    A. Sales tax will only apply to residents of the State of Florida, but not to any other State or the rest of the world.


    Q. How can I pay for my order?

    A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Check by mail.


    Q. How much will my shipping charges be?

    Q. What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

    A. If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will e-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.


    Q. How do I track my order?

    A. We will send you an email once your order is shipped with a tracking link, or you can use our online Contact-Us form option located at the top of our website and be sure to include any suggestions on how we can improve our site.


    Q. What if I forgot my password?

    A. If you have forgotten your password -don't worry, just enter your e-mail address from the Checkout screen and press the "Submit" button and we will e-mail your password to you.


    Q. What if I need to return my order?

    A. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return:

    • Any book in its original condition.
    • Any unopened music; Audio Tape, Compact Disk, Mini Disk, Video Tape and/or Software.
    • Any other item in its original condition, with its original packaging and accessories for a full refund or credit.

    Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. We suggest using insured Parcel Post for your protection.
