      This bill was issued in the city of New York on Aug. 17, 1869 to raise funds for the fight for the liberation of Cuba and Puerto Rico from the Spaniards. The bill was convertible to bonds in minimum amounts of 100 pesos. A full size picture of both sides can be furnished to serious buyers.
