      Cat. # 60. Note size 9.5" X 4.5". Hand Signed by Carlos Manuel de Cespedes, President of the Revolution Republic of Cuba, handwritten date Sep 6, 1869. Also hand signed by E. Izaguirre, Treasury Minister. In Extra fine condition, almost unciculated condition as can be observed in the image.
