      "Soltando Sorbos de Vida" es una amplia selección de 112 entrevistas realizadas por Luis de la Paz a las más ilustres personalidades de la vida social, política y cultural del exilio cubano, entre 1998 y 2013, aparecidas el último domingo de cada mes en Diario Las Américas.

      Son los mosaicos de un espléndido mural que conforman, en su conjunto, el alma de una ciudad (Miami, centro del exilio cubano) y de sus gentes. Y también su historia.

      Luis de la Paz (La Habana, 1956). Escritor y periodista, partió al exilio durante el Éxodo del Mariel, en 1980. Ha publicado más de 15 libros de relatos, crítica literaria y teatro. Realiza una importante labor cultural como crítico literario en El Nuevo Herald. Conduce el evento cultural Viernes de Tertulia, en el Miami Hispanic Cultural Arts Center.

      Luis de la Paz (Havana, 1956). Writer and journalist. Winner of many accolades such as the Cuban Museum Award for Essay, the Lydia Cabrera award for Cultural Journalism and Accesit to the Luys Santamarina-Ciudad de Cieza (Spain) award for poetry.

      He went into exile during the Mariel Exodus in 1980 and has published more than 15 books of short stories, literary criticism and theater. Currently, Luis de la Paz conducts Friday cultural event at the Miami Hispanic Cultural Arts Center. He was a columnist for Diario Las AmEricas (1996-2013) and is currently writing for the Nuevo Herald.

      Soltando Sorbos de vida is a selection of 112 interviews conducted by Luis de la Paz to the most distinguished cultural, social and political personalities of the exiled Cuban community between 1998 and 2013. These exerts first appeared on the last Sunday of each month in the Diario Las Americas. They are mosaics in a splendid mural that make up the soul of a city (Miami, the center of the exiled Cuban community) and its people. It is also its history.
