An extraordinary historical album.

The album has 58 pages, about half of the pages contains 16 spaces for photos, all spaces are filled with photos. About 40 % of the pages have 12 photos, and a few pages have 12 photos. In total about 800 photos.
The subjects of the photos are, among many others: Portraits of a few Presidentes and Vice-Presidents, Cabinet secretaries, Judicial and Supreme Court Members, and other dignitaries. Not all past presidents and others are in the album. The it goes into Government buildings, like Presidential Palace, Congressional, Provincial and Municipal Palaces. It follows with photos of schools and hospitals, large buildings owned by trade and social associations, estatues and monuments. Diplomat and embassies buildings. Hotels an sport places and stadiums. Fabricas de tabaco and others. Many other subjects, and a few photos of municipalities outside of Havana.
All photos are high quality and excellent sharpness, each photo is 2.5 X 2 inches. Less than 1% of the cards have a folding mark or other defects, the rest are in excellent condition without faults.
Original cover with some fading and wear particularly around the edges and spine, but not other damages, firmly bound in original condition. However, it only has 2 of the 3 original pins that hold the pages to the album. This has not weakened the structure of the book. Pages are firmly bound to the cover. A few pages with folding marks at the tip of the page, about one half inch from the tip pf the page corner.
All pictures very carefully placed in their respective spaces.However, it seems that whoever filled this album didn't have all the photos of the collection, and filled a few spaces, of a few pages with a few photos from Mexico, Ecuador, Panama, etc. that belong to the other Susini collection: "España y la America Latina". that are the same type of photos, size, and quality. There is one page that is filled with photos of Costa Rica y Brasil. About 2 or 3 dozen photos are not from Cuba.
All pictures in excellent condition, no folding marks or other kind of damages.
No tears, no rips, no defects other than the very minor items mentioned above.
