.This stamp was issued on Nov. 23, 1938, as a one week 1 cent tax. After the week the stamp continued to be used as a regular postage stamp, and sold at 6 cents, the sum of the two numbers. This stamp is not listed in Scott, it is listed in the very famous Edifil, the Spanish catalogue company specialized in Cuba stamps
