Cuban Stamps 5 blocks of ten stamps each,
all five values. Mint, NH, full gum.
These stamps were issued in 1874
by order of Marcos Morales, leader of the
Cuban Junta in Philadelphia. Was the first
time that the Cuban flag appeared in a stamp,
it was issued with the intention of raising
funds for the revolution, however these stamps
were never used because there was an error in the
spelling of "Cuba Libre" and "Cuba Libra"
was printed instead. Stamps are in mint condition. MNH.
Estampillas de correo cubanas de 1874, Primer sello
