Through archival footage, interviews with those close to Dr. Biscet, interviews with past Cuban political prisoners and current Cuban dissidents, as well as video footage of groups and individuals who are working to free Dr. Biscet, Oscar's Cuba reveals the truth about the Cuban government's unjust detention of Dr. Biscet and thousands of other human rights supporters. Oscar's Cuba takes a personal look, from Havana across the island to Santiago, at those who have risked and sacrificed everything for the betterment of their nation. 58 Min.
