Description
A Cuban polymita land snail shell, 23 mmin size, is small but vividly colored. The shell is a deep red, ranging from warm crimson to brick tones, with a smooth, glossy surface. Sweeping across the spiral are bold black lines, sharply defined and rhythmic, interlaced with crisp white lines. that cut cleanly through the darker bands. The contrast between red, black, and white is striking, giving the shell a dramatic, almost painted appearance. Despite its modest size, the intense coloration and precise striping make it feel like a miniature work of art.
