      Description

We believe this is an ashtray, the ashtray plate has engraved the name: Cor. Fulgencio Batista. With this in mind we can be sure it dates back to the early or mid 1930s.

This item looks like an ashtray, but does not have a place to lay a cigar or cigarettes .

What can be consider the ashtray is the back part of a humongous shell from some type of a cannon or some very large firearm, really big.  We are showing photos of the back of the bigger bullet shells, to show that it was a cannon bullet or something that size.

The smaller bullet, if you look very close, you can notice that it can be pulled apart from the  shell and a lighter will appear at its end, (lighter is not working at this time).

       Very rare conversational piece.

If you know exactly how was it done and if there is another similar piece in existence please let us know by clicking below on CONTACT US. .

The ashtray and lighter are very heavy, weights 2 and a half pounds.
