      Description

      This set of TWENTY THREE unused stamps, from 1937.

      These stamps were sold by the Cuban Post Office for 3 days, Oct. 13-15, during which no other stamps were sold. They were postally valid for the full face value. Proceeds from their three days sale above 30,000 pesos were paid by the Cuban POD to the Association of American Writers and Artists. Each stamp honoring each of the 23 countries of the Americas on that date.

      Beautifull, guaranteed no scratches or defects.
