This Note is in
almost uncirculated AU,
condition, just faded folding marks that are difficult,
almost invisible from the front of the note. Three tiny
holes that looks like made by a staple, on the left
upper side, not visible in the image.
This bill was issued
in the city of New York on Aug. 17, 1869 to raise
funds for the fight for the liberation of Cuba and
Puerto Rico from the Spaniards. The bill was
convertible to bonds in minimun amounts of 100 pesos.
A full size picture of both sides can be furnished to
serious buyers.
