En 1923 el cientffico Von Drácula invent= el Vampisol, una bebida que permitfa a los vampiros vivir al sol. La Capa Nostra y el grupo Vampiro Europeo se enfrentan en La Habana para controlar el Vampisol, pero Pepe, el sobrino de Von Drácula, cant= la formula del Vampisol gratis por la Radio Vampiro Internacional. Unos años despuTs, en plena Segunda Guerra Mundial, PEPIN el jiho de Pepe, desarrolla un Vampisol mucho mas potente EL VAMPIYABA. Vampiros espfas Yankis, soviTticos y un Vampiren Komando nazi, desembarcan en La Habana para hacerse con el VAMPIYABA y con su creador. Mientras tanto Pepe, tiene la desesperada tarea de salvar a su hijo Pepfn del mundo Vampiro, a su matrimono con Lola y su club nocturno PEPITOS. Todo parece perdido, pero el regreso de ultratumba de Von Drácula reestablece el NUEVO ORDEN VAMPIROCO MUNDIAL
